Weekly Term-time Programs

These programs have been specifically developed so you and your child can take part in physical activity and learn and develop skills together.


These programs are about you spending quality time with your child to encourage them to have early engagement and enjoyment for sport and fitness and maintaining an active healthy lifestyle.


You are your child's biggest role model so if they see you enjoying physical activity they will more than likely want to take part and enjoy it too.


We guarantee both of you will have heaps of fun!  

We have 3 different age group programs; 

Joey Tots - 18 months - 2.5 years

Roo Tots - 2.5 years - 4 years

Juniors - 4 years - 6 years
